Asset Torrejón


City of Madrid offers a lot of places to visit. Impressive contemporary architecture lives together with beautiful buildings from 18th and 19th centuries, famous palaces, museums and monuments.

Those who love history and culture must go to the “Golden Triangle”, composed of 3 of the most important museums of the World: Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen-Bornemisza.

You can’t miss a walk around the area of the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, which is a postcard of the city and where you will see popular concerts and, during Sunday morning, a philatelic market.

Alcalá de Henares

Located only a few kilometres from Madrid, Alcalá de Henares is one of the cities with major Spanish historic transcendence. Birthplace of the famous writer Miguel de Cervantes, the city has a very long and rich history and has been inhabited by a major part of the cultures that once installed in Spain. That´s the reason why its streets hide a lot of monuments that made the city become UNESCO´s World Heritage in 1998.

During your visit to this beautiful city you cannot miss the Cistercian University, Cervantes House, Archbishop’s Palace and San Ildefonso´s Church among others.

Parque Europa

Parque Europa is the biggest leisure and green zone in Torrejón de Ardoz. In an area of 233.000 square metres you will find reproductions of the most emblematic monuments of the main European cities, as well as different leisure and multi-adventure zones and a cybernetic fountain with a spectacle of water, sound and lighting.

Icons-Home Museum

In the subsoil of the “Casa Grande” you will find the most complete icons museum in Western Europe. Inside you will be able to contemplate works from XV until XX Centuries and from all religious art schools like Moscow, Kiev, Novgorod, Mont Athos, Greece, etc; as well as other works from Byzantium.

Plenilunio Shopping Centre

This shopping and leisure center is the second biggest in Spain. Inside you will find a huge variety of shops, department stores, a supermarket and a copy of the mythical Fuencarral´s Market. In this shopping center you will also find a wide food hall as well as thirteen cinemas. It is the perfect option for those who want to enjoy a shopping day full of entertainment.
