.PREVENTION

We will have gel dispensers in the common areas of the hotel.

• Extreme daily cleaning with disinfectant gels, bleach or other non-abrasive materials in the most sensitive areas, such as the doorknobs of all doors, button panels in the elevator cabins, intercom or video entry phones or the handrails of the stairs, using gloves.
• The rooms will remain in quarantine for 24 hours, between client and client.
• Disinfect rooms with ozone machines, which we have been using for several years.
• Mask kit, and gloves available to the customer who requests it. Check at Reception.
• The gym and sauna will be closed until further notice

• Our Laundry is exclusively for hotels and restaurants. It does not work for hospitals avoiding cross contamination.
• On a daily basis, our facilities are disinfected by spraying with a disinfectant / virucidal, including the transport carts and the interior of the delivery trucks, in the outer courtyard of the Plant.
• All clothes are washed at 60º, a temperature that destroys all viruses and bacteria.
• With all bedding and towels, an initial program is carried out in the wash containing Hypochlorite in solution with 10% water.
• Hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid are also used in all washing processes, which together with hypochlorite, would inactivate any residue of the virus with only 5 minutes of contact.
• During the wash cycle, 4 water changes are made, the normal is 2-3 changes.
• The detergent used by us has a high biocidal, degreasing and disinfectant power.
• At the end of the wash cycle, formic acid is used, again with high antibacterial and deworming properties, eliminating any remaining detergents and allowing the bed and bath linen to maintain an ideal pH between 5.5-7.5 to avoid allergic reactions. on the skin, it stays soft and smells clean.
