Reception Staff were very friendly and the hotels location next to the station is fantastic. Rooms were spacious and clean enormous bed with a selection of pilllows. Underground parking was great as were travelling further and needed some secure parking. Easy to drive into the town and find via the Sat Nav

At least one reception staff member should be able to speak basic English and it would be great if the rooms had coffee/tea availability or even a coffee machine in the hotel foyer. Otherwise the rooms are clean and staff are helpful when they could understand english

Rooms are great, breakfast could be better

We enjoyed the convenience of the Hotel to the train station plus the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. As to our Superior Room we had mould in the shower tray and the toilet cistern whistled and made a funny noise after flushing until it refilled. We also thought at that a tea/coffee making facility should be included in the room at the prices charged per room. Hopefully we are looking to stay there May/2024 and hopefully these matters will be addressed.

Overall good hotel. Breakfast can be improved.

Expected a more classical restaurant, with more choice and fresh cocked dishes. Anyway the price was surprisingly low and the food was nice. All the staff was super, thanks again

Nice Staff and good breakfast

Very Clean, Friendly staff, however a problem with the Wifi.

I was not impreesed with the food in the restaurant/cafetaria. Breakfast was good.

Nice to Stay. Its located in well connected place. Its very interesting not to be a bore situation. Staffs are very kind and soft nature and humble to service.

The hotel is lovely, good location and delicious breakfast, what was missing is sausages. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will be nice if there was a kettle in the room and iron. Overall enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back again.

Excellent service

no hay agua in the rooms, or at the reception. never in my life i have been in a 4 stars hotel with no water in bottles. para mi es la unica cosa negativa porque n todo el mundo bebe agua from tube.

Todo muy correcto y el personal muy amable. La ducha no iba del todo bien, y en nada me solventaron el problema y todo fue de maravilla.
